Ed, the employee who checked me, showed Great patience, Understanding, empathy as I tries to resolve a credit card issue. Es also st me up to receive points for stays. He represents you very well and made me feel confident and comfortable as the challenge I was having unfolded. I greatly Appreciated the support I Received and the time afforded to Me. Ed went far beyond what would be reasonable to Expect. My gratitude and appreciation are Sincere! Ill be back And will Recommend tour Hotel readily!

The staff was very friendly. My friend forgot her phone charger (iPhone) and I have an android so she couldn't use mine. We asked at the desk if they had loaner chargers and you didn't but the desk agent let her borrow her own personal one so she could get juiced back up.

Good parking. Lots of nearby fast food options. Fairly quiet. Really great breakfast room with lots of options. Pool and hot tub were good. I would say it's a comfortable (not luxurious) family hotel. We were there with two grandchildren and it was very pleasant.
